Tracie brings over a decade of experience in benefit planning and is dedicated to helping businesses elevate their HR operations. She takes pride in easing the administrative burden for clients, so they can focus on what matters most—growing their business.

 

With a strong focus on long-term, trusted relationships, Tracie is passionate about delivering five-star service clients. As a member of the National Association of Insurance & Benefit Professionals (NAIBP), she stays fully up to date on market trends and carrier offerings—ensuring her clients always have access to the best possible benefit solutions.

 

As a mother of twins, multitasking and managing high-pressure situations come naturally to her—skills she brings to her client work every day.

Bob founded Better Benefit Specialists over 40 years ago with one clear mission: to simplify the often overwhelming world of employee benefit planning.

 

Since 1979, he has been passionate about designing well-rounded benefit packages that include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance—tailored to meet the diverse needs of each client.

Bob is a proud member of both NAIBP and its Colorado chapter, staying actively engaged with ongoing legislative and market developments.

When he's not supporting clients, Bob enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife of 42 years, their two daughters, and four grandchildren.

Kimberly is the go-to resource for day-to-day client support, ensuring every client and their employees receive the assistance they need—promptly & thoroughly.

 

Whether it’s onboarding a new hire, processing benefit changes, or handling terminations, Kimberly provides seamless support with exceptional attention to detail. Her reliability and responsiveness make her an invaluable extension of your HR team, and she takes pride in making the benefits process feel simple and stress-free for everyone involved.

Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She’s passionate about staying active, practicing yoga, exploring the outdoors, and caring for animals.
